They explain the terms that apply when you purchase products from Sculptiva.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Sale together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If an obvious pricing error affects your order, we may contact you before fulfilment or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

- Promotional offers may not be combined
- Discount codes have no cash value

9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received full payment.

12. Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Certain Sculptiva products may be designed to be worn close to the body.
For hygiene reasons, some returned products may be subject to additional conditions.
Where a statutory hygiene exception applies, cancellation rights may be affected once sealed packaging has been opened.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

13. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A faulty product
- A damaged product
- An incorrect product
- A product that does not match its description

Include your order number and photographs where relevant.
We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after fulfilment has started.
Where you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase, those rights are not affected by this section.

Eligible Sculptiva purchases may be covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To make a request under this guarantee, you must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order.

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not replace any statutory consumer rights.
16. Resale
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products purchased through Sculptiva are intended for personal use.
You must not purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale where doing so breaches any conditions displayed on our website.
17. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect:

- Payment abuse
- Multiple fraudulent refund requests
- Manipulation of promotions
- Chargeback abuse
- False customer information
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
