Returns and Refunds
At YUMI, customer satisfaction is our priority.
You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return.
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After analysis and approval, the refund will be processed using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or our error.
